合片段：合片段具有玻璃定位及铝框定位装置，能完成玻璃定位、铝框定位安放功能。玻璃由传送胶辊承托及传送，传送辊由电机（辊压段电机）经过变频调速器通过链轮带动，玻璃由清洗干燥段低速进入本段，经检查合格后加速运行下一工作段，提高工作效率；由变频调速器控制本段调速电机的运行速度，光电开关控制玻璃进入下一工作段。

The glass is supported and transported by a conveyor roller, which is driven by a motor (roller pressing section motor) through a frequency converter and a sprocket. The glass enters this section at low speed from the cleaning and drying section, and after passing the inspection, accelerates to the next working section to improve work efficiency; The operating speed of the speed regulating motor in this section is controlled by a frequency converter, and the photoelectric switch controls the glass to enter the next working section.

中空玻璃生产线的清洗水路系统为循环系统，其水箱配有恒温水加热装置，水温可自动保持在合理的范围。

水由水泵从水箱抽出，经喷淋水管喷到玻璃表面上，清洗玻璃后流回水箱，循环使用。若水质较差，需配备水处理装置（用户自备），水经处理后进入水箱，按上述步骤循环使用。
