①夏季气温较高，胶固化的速度会快一点，可依据状况，把比例尺往数字大的方向调一点→（10，11，12，13，14），冬季气温较低，胶的固化速度会慢一点，可依据状况，把比例尺调小一点→（9，8，7，6）

②A、B组份比例未调理好，A、B组份比例应按10:1（体积比）停止混合。各个打胶机比例表尺上显现的比例和实践出胶的比例有偏向，有的打胶机调到14：1，可是实践出来的只要10：1，所以这一点就要靠操作人员去判别，一桶A组份胶（白胶）是刚好配一桶B组份胶（黑胶）。假如B胶用得多，胶干得快，把比例尺向大的数字调→（10、11、12、13、14），假如B胶用得少（胶干得慢，不够黑，发灰），把比例向小的数字调→（9、8、7、6）。
